Great spot for lunch after church! We were seated quickly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the mac and cheese is a must-try! The service was excellent, and Alexis went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I debated a for a couple months about posting this review and ultimately decided to go for it. We visited this restaurant during the weekend of March 28, around midnight, as a group of about eight while visiting Dallas for the first time. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, with only a few other guests inside and several employees working. The only positive part of our visit was our server, Dakota. He was attentive, polite, and clearly trying his best to take care of everyone. He checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, handled refills, and was the only person who seemed to be actively working the dining room. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, and our food did not come out until nearly 50 minutes after ordering. What made it worse was that a group of seven came in after us, was waited on, served, finished their meal, and left before we even received our food. During this time, Dakota was running around trying to take care of multiple tables by himself, while I could see other employees standing around on their phones. When our food finally came out, Dakota was the only one bringing out the trays. Someone from our own table actually got up to help him pass out the food while the other employees still appeared to be doing nothing. After waiting that long, we tried to finally enjoy our meal, only to find that the food was nearly ice cold. A couple of people from our table went to speak with a manager, and we were told the manager had been sleeping in the office in the back. We were then told we would still have to pay, though supposedly with a discount. The final straw was when I looked closely at my food and found a thick black hair in it. At that point, I was completely done. Between the long wait, cold food, lack of help from staff, poor management, and a hair in the food, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. To be clear, Dakota was not the problem. He did everything he could with the situation he was given, and we made sure to tell him that directly. The issue was the rest of the staff and management. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish, and I would not recommend this location.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. Our server Teresa was sweet and consistently keeping tabs on us to make sure we were all good for our meal. The food was great and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable.

This place is really nice. It has good food and service. I think this place has just about anything you're craving. Wether is be light, or if you are feeling extra hungry. Suggestion box... try the triple juicy with fries or a simple milk shake. They have all!

Our server Kilie C was great. She was the only server working when we arrived around midnight and was doing everything she could to help all the customers, and there was about 25 people in diner. There was only one cook too and we could see her doing her best to accommodate everyone as well.

Most, but not all Denny's in our area are running a $5.99 Grand slam deal. This is one of those restaurants. One thing different here is that our waitress heated up the syrup before bringing it to the table. That's why in the photograph it's wrapped in paper napkins. She is a great job of setting us up and getting everything ready, but about halfway through our meal she was not to be found. After waiting about 10 minutes for someone to give us a check to pay out we just went to the cash register and they took care of us. All in all a pretty good experience.
